Very Poor Avoid

Very friendly and attentive staff. Had direct dealings from Lewis who was the General Manager. Didn’t purchase anything but will Certainly be back when we are in a position to do so.

We purchased a Chausson motorhomes from Elite Motorhomes and picked up just before Christmas. The whole buying process was very smooth and nothing seemed too much trouble. and the service we have had so far is first class. Would highly reccomend.

We are from New Zealand and initially found the purchase process with Elite Motorhomes very good. We bought our motorhome several years ago and the service was acceptable to begin with, but over recent times we have been very disappointed with our dealings with the company. I would like to point out that we have emailed Elite with our concerns and dispite initially promising to get back to us they have failed to do so. Some of our concerns; it now takes at least three to four months to get a service, we paid Elite to install a new skylight and supposedly had the work carried out, only for us to discover later that the work was not done, we had to ask for an apology. While on holiday in Ireland recently we had problems with our fridge and rang for some advice, we were promised someone would ring us back but they never did, just some of our frustrations. We found them very professional to deal with at the start but feel they have now expanded their sales but the service is sadly lacking. We will no longer be dealing with Elite Motorhomes.

A great family run business you really look after there customers. Picked our Chausson welcome 640 from there a few weeks ago and was really impressed with the service from start to finish.
