Resolving issues

The Car I bought started loosing coolant in the first week. I had it checked by a Audi specialist before I went to the warranty company. The inspection found a warped cylinder head and a worn dual mass flywheel,I had this checked by a second specialist who confirmed this and did the work. The bill for the repairs was £1500 the warranty company paid out £369 ! The car dealer has not responded to any contact even a recorded delivery letter which they signed for. Avoid them at all costs.
