AVOID. I purchased an Audi Q5 back in June 2024 and have had nothing but problems since I've had ownership of this vehicle. The warranty isn't worth the paper its written on, the business itself took my deposit and ignored me for nearly two weeks, I had to get a train half way to meet the dealers who were over an hour late and basically handed the car to me in the car park and left. This company sold me a car that was dirty upon arrival, had a coolant leak, four bold tires, poor service history, a broken back wiper and a dodgy MOT ( because no way did it pass with all of this wrong) In the last 6 months I have footed over 3K worth of work on this car now to discover it had mapped work in the engine meaning, EGR and DPF failings. I knew from the poor customer care, slack communication and delivery class of the car that it was bad news from day one. avoid this dealer

I bought an Audi A6 avant from Elland in December 2023. The salesman and staff seemed friendly and helpful enough and the car seems to have been OK; but I discovered months later that the portion of the V5C that they're supposed to send to DVLA to flag the change of ownership hadn't been sent. I should have noticed that my new log book hadn't arrived but didn't, and it wasn't until my car was clamped for being un-taxed that I realised DVLA were unaware of who the new owner is (so no tax reminders for me). I contacted Elland to find out what had happened, was invited to send an email with all details and supporting documents but there's been no communication from them since, or replies to subsequent emails. Their administrative oversight has cost me north of £200 (clamp-release fee and DVLA fine). Now I'm reading other reviews here I can see I should probably have gone elsewhere as they're evidently dishonourable, not on top of their housekeeping, or demonstrating any inclination to resolve the issue fairly. One other niggle; there wasn't sufficient service history for me to know if the car' s cambelt had been changed in its 10 year life, and the manuals I found in the glove box didn't match the vehicle.

These people will steal your money and sell you a faulty car! Disgusting, awful, robbing, vile people! I've had a year of hell from buying a faulty car from them. Be warned!!!
Bought a car from them last year. Wasn't as advertised at all and not for for purpose. Have had multiple issues. They have completely ignored all correspondence. I'm in the process of taking legal action. Avoid!!!

The vehicle was handed over to me without any defects. A major service was carried out as well as the MOT, the front and rear brakes were completely renewed and there were even new tires. They even replaced the battery for me. Simply a class act. I really haven't experienced such a good service for a long time. I would like to thank them again. This is exactly how you want to be treated as a customer. Simply great

After several bad purchases in the past at various car dealerships, this time I chose a reputable dealership to buy a used car.I should not regret this choice.In addition to great advice, credibility, trustworthy salesman, without getting the feeling of being pressured in my decision, I also got a permanent contact person for any problems with my new vehicle.At the end, the nice salesman took me for a few laps on the grounds to take away my uncertainty and excitement after years of not driving.

We visited various car dealerships in our search for a new car. We received good and friendly advice right from the start. There was even a nice play structure for our children so that they could play and we had time to talk. Everything is clean, friendly and spacious. Even a direct test drive was no problem, whereas in other car dealerships we sometimes had to make appointments and wait for days. We were therefore happy to make the purchase here and the entire purchase process, including registration, went smoothly.
