I recently purchased a car for my partner here and the service was exemplary in particular from the salesman Chad Eldridge who sorted everything out in a quick and professional manner. I would certainly recommend them for the customer service we received.

After replacing my engine, my cars bottom crank bolt wasn't tighten properly. It took a few months, but the bolt eventually worked its way loose and fell onto the under tray, resulting in engine failure. Still nothing resolved be warned..

Tried to book a service at Barons BMW Bedford but wanted to talk to someone. During two days was three times promised a call back, none of which materialised. This was from Bedford and a central number. Finally, in desperation, found their online chat number. What a farce that was. It wasn't Barons but an agency with a very stupid name. Spoke to someone whose answers were totally robotic and who was completely lacking in empathy. Then I was cut off before I was finished. I tried to send an email with my final comments and was informed that it could not be delivered. I have now gone elsewhere for my service and I only wish I could award minus stars on this review. It was never like this when it was Elms. It seems that my many years with them and the three minis I have purchased count for nothing.

What a time waster. Wanted to sell my 5 series. BMW Bedford did value the car and said they are interested. Few weeks later when I arrived to sell the car they asked receptionist to tell us "their circumstances has changed". Manager didn't even bother to talk to us. They aren't buying any used cars at the moment. Save yourself a hassle. Buy a Tesla #tesla. Avoid BMW

Excellent all round at Elms BMW in Bedford; service, presentation of the car and the buying transactions. The car is fab. Would especially recommend the salesperson I dealt with.

I have had 2 dealings with ELMS and they are as incompetent and do not care about anything but making the sale. My first experience was when I bought the new car. Put down a huge down payment went to pick up the car and was handed the contract they had raised the interest rate without even pointing it out. I caught it, they fixed it and apologized with a tank of fuel. Wind forward 118 months and they ask if I want to refi the balloon payment. I say yes and sign all of the papers. 3 weeks later they call me and ask me to sign again so I go in and do it, No reason why and no changes, I guess the dog must have eaten the first contract. So I sign and then a few days later get a text from the bank that I am about to be in overdraft by thousands because BMW is trying to collect the balloon payment that had been refinanced. I have to stop what I am doing and spend a half day stopping the payment. My wife has to go to the bank and cancel her activities all because these incompetents screwed up. Of course they are apologizing and offer to make it up to me but their definition of making good on their screw up is to not return phone calls. I would NEVER recommend these people. In my first experience I feel they were dishonest by trying to sneak an interest rate hike through and in the second experience they are just incompetent
