Had to call Emerald House of Cars 4 times to get a few pictures and videos for a car I was interested in as the garage is more than 2 hours away from me. Even gave my email address and phone number. Unfortunately no one bothered to send anything each time. If the Customer service is terrible then their cars cannot be trusted either. Wouldn't recommend this place at all.

Stay Away! If you want a car that’s full of faults, accident damaged, be lied to and laughed at then Emerald house of cars is the best place to go to. In July I purchased a car from this dealership (Audi A3)on HP and what a mistake it was. In first few hours of car being in my possession issues started to happen. Fuelling issue - the fuel nozzle would repeatedly cut off flow of the fuel ( tank was empty) and I was told by dealerships mechanic that it’s fine just need to find the right angle to fuel which left me feeling stupid. The tyre pressure was shockingly low. A deep cut on the near side rear tyre - cords visible. Rear screen wash was inoperative. Number plate light bulb is intermittently operative. After all this that was occurring I got suspicious and later that week I drove it to my garage for closer check as MOT at this point is very questionable and more issues were added to the list — off side rear coil spring broken, front discs are corroded and pitted on the inside, rear brake pads worn 90%, both drivers and passenger doors’ hinges/ check straps are inappropriately secured AND on top of all this I am told by my mechanic that there is a strong suspicion that the car has been in an accident — Near side suspension components all replaced, repaired, repainted. At this Point I am fuuuuuming... Having to know all this I decided to take it to Audi main dealership to get more info. Audi found even more faults and also stated that the car has been in an accident. At this point I am so angry because I have been messed about, lied to so bad specifically when I asked for a HPI clear car. Blame shifting thief’s. They don’t care about your safety all they care about is their pockets being stuffed with your money The Big Question Is How Did The Car Got MOT PASS???????? All this has been reported and case opened with Trading Standards.

My title of this review says it all! I have so much great positive things to say about this Dealership but it will be an Essay! First of all, Simon was tremendous! Great guy, looked after me from start to finish, and made sure he got me the best deal! Offered and gave me drinks throughout the process. I cannot thank him anymore! Pete the owner also was helpful to the fullest, in making sure I leave happy with my New Car. Niko the Valeter made my car looking spotless from the inside and out, so thank you for that! If there was an option, I will give Emerald House of Cars a big fat 100 Star Review!!! Completely satisfied with my new car. Thank you to everyone from Emerald House of Cars.

Faulty car. Sick of sending mine back and not getting an update on this I'm constantly chasing them extremely poor communication and the customer service skills are little to none I do not recommend anyone buys a car from Emerald House of Cars.

Great place Highly recommend Emerald house of cars to everyone. Very helpful and friendly people. The whole process was made very easy thanks to how professional each member of Emerald house of cars is. I would also like to thank Nick and the rest of his service team for putting me at ease and addressing any issue that i had. All in all Emerald house of cars are the best dealership i have every used and I do not use those words lightly. Thanks Emerald!

I recently purchased my Nissan Qashqai 2012 from Emerald House of Cars and have to say that i was not only impressed with the sales guys at point of purchase but continue to be impressed with the "little known" guys in the garage. Went to emerald Car sales last Saturday. they offered me £425 for a car i know is worth at least 2 grand.... only just passed the mot that morning - they found a number of faults which quite frankly dont exsist. - Squeaking clutch ( which dont squeak by the way ) £400 repair bill... wow i smell a rat here. so i went to walk out. the guy then agreed to give me £1500 for my car at this point i wasn't dealing with them as i felt i was being ripped off. i left.... Roll on to Monday morning, i get a phone call from emerald finance department telling me "GREAT NEWS" you have passed a credit check. I specifically told the sales guy "Simon" that i did not want a full credit check done until we had sorted the deal. they did it anyway - Im sure this is illegal, let alone WILL effect my credit score - thanks for that. i complained, was told a "manager" Would call me back this was Monday morning its now Wednesday afternoon and not heard a dickie Bird - FSA compliant? Id imagine trading standards would have a field day with this lot. on another note the office was busy ish they had my car in the work shop appraising it and left my other half and child out in the rain (I was on a test drive) not nice people - i expect a response!!!!

failed AA PROMISE. COMPLAINTE NOW LOGGED 128 POINT CHECK OBVIOUSLY NOT DONE Correctly. MOT missed the same points.. so question MOT. had to chase all paper work 3 times .. visited twice..
