I paid for a vehicle in August 2017 and cancelled the purchase and collection by a delivery company the following day for personal reasons. I have requested a refund of the £350 I paid by bank transfer on a number of occasions but have been ignored. I have sent details to Citizen's advice bureau who have forwarded the complaint to trading standards.

Got a van from emi about 3 weeks ago would just like to say was the best thing i did the staff were very helpful got a good deal i work for my self and my old van give up. So went to see them and very happy with the van thay sold me and will be recomending them if your looking for a van go see them

Wish I had never heard of them, bought a van on the 30/8/17 i am self-employed so it’s my livelihood, traded in a good small van as I needed a larger one, sadly the engine seized on the 11/9/17, would cost 2500.00 for replacement engine and to get it through its MOT van now scrapped and I am 2500.00 out of pocket, Did not get the top copy of the receipt so very hard to read the carbon copy but with a magnifying glass it did read spares or repair, had I been able to see this on the day of purchase I would not have bought it, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

EMI Imports and Exports are awful people to deal. Awful vehicles, no after sales at all! Once they've got your money, they couldn't care less. The vehicle we were sold was so dangerous it cost us another £2000 before we could safely drive it. How these people are still in business is beyond me.
Trusted EMI Imports and Exports to send me the V5 as it wasn't at the office. After 2-3 weeks phoning I gave up and sent away a V62. Dealer said it must have been mixed up at the post...sure.

Drove near 4 hour round trip to view a ex ambulance camper van that was described as good condition in and out. It was hand painted badly and both front doors where rotten. Under windscreen was rotten and was the arches. This is not good condition. EMI Imports and Exports is very slow in reply's to messages via eBay too.

I am very pleased with my Van from EMI Imports and Exports. It was immaculate when I collected it and up to now I have had no problems. The staff at EMI Imports and exports were extremely knowledgeable and helpful and I would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a great vehicle.
