What can I say, I'm absolutely loving my new Audi A4. I came across Eminent Motor Group whilst browsing on AutoTrader and they've been nothing short of exceptional from the minute they responded to my enquiry. I ended up making the journey from Nottingham to Oldham and the car was exactly as described which is testament to how good these guys are. Jake and the team couldn't do enough for me and the whole process was super slick. They offered me an extended warranty for a really competitive price too so it's safe to say I'm a very happy customer.

I was happy when buying my car. I've had a few problems with my car since buying it though and had to take it to a garage. The 1st time it was sorted easily, but unfortunately the 2nd time taking it, it's going to cost me quite a bit of money. Because the two problems isn't under warranty. But otherwise I'm very happy with EMINENT MOTOR GROUP on Greenacres Rd,Oldham.

The guys at Eminent Motor Group are all spot on. I cannot fault them at all for the service they have given me. My Vauxhall Vivaro is brilliant too, I have given it a good run out now and I am just over the moon with it. Everything has been spot on!

The service I received when buying my Fiat 500L was faultless. They were great and answered all of my questions straight away. It felt like nothing was too much trouble. They arranged for me to take it on a test drive with my daughter so we could get a good feel for the car and it all went fine. I had asked if a mechanic could do a check on it and they were happy to have a look at it and just told me to let them know when I wanted to come so that they could make sure someone was on site for me. They even sorted the tax online for me so I didn't have to mess about with it.

My Vauxhall Insignia is brilliant, just spot on no issues at all. I would give them a solid 9 out of 10, can't give a 10 as nobody is a 10 really are they 😂

I am really impressed with the guys at Eminent Motor Group. The customer service was really very good for instance, on our way down to test drive the Mercedes C220 they called to let us know the battery was dead and to check if we still wanted to come as they could jump start it. We did still go and they replaced the battery before we took it away so it was just very courteous that they rang to check with us. I really do love my car and I know that with it being older there are going to be some niggly things so I am getting those looked at but I understand it comes with the age. It was just really positive overall though and even the courtesy call they do to check in and gather some feedback is brilliant as you don't even get that with high-end dealers sometimes. It shows that they really care about their customers and it sells the experience even more. Afterall, people buy people, if it gives bad vibes I won't buy a car even if they have really nice ones so these guys are really impressive in that sense.

The customer service at Eminent Motor Group was amazing! The whole process was quick and easy and they looked after us the whole time. We definitely got the 5 star treatment. My dad took it for a test drive as I hadn't passed my test yet but he loved it. He drove it home for me too and was loving it. Probably even more so knowing I couldn't go out in it yet. I can't wait now to get out in it when the insurance kicks in tonight as it is just perfect. I always wanted an Audi A1 so to get one for my first car is just a dream come true.

I am really enjoying my Crossback! It is a really convenient run around and I am out in it most days doing little journeys. We have another car but it is a bit bigger so with driving around the city it just guzzles the fuel and isn't as easy to get down the little side streets. This is why I started looking for something a bit smaller and more fuel efficient. I kept trying a few different cars but just kept being drawn back to the Crossback. My partner is all about the tech side with cars so he was coming with me to look at the spec but for me I just want it nice and simple, as long as I can put the radio and the satnav and stuff on without having to stop and faff I am happy. It is a really comfortable drive too. Kian was 10 out of 10! He was so good and helpful and just made it all as stress free as possible. It was my first time getting finance as I have always just been a named driver on my partners car but Kian just talked me through everything and went out of his way to help me with it all so it just made it so much easier. He was even happy to chat via WhatsApp because I had just started a new job so I couldn't answer the phone all the time. Credit to Kian! I would definitely go back if I needed another.
