Wow where do I start ! Emo motors is without a doubt one of the best dealerships in the West London area. There's something for everyone from the little run around to the more high end luxury vehicle. I think what stands out for me personally is the service which is always A1 . I have bought a lovely 2010 VW polo from Emo and the after service is outstanding . I would recommend coming here first and not wasting time with other shifty salesmen in the west London area with their pushy sales techniques !
Reasonably good service, The car was very clean and as described. had a couple of issues which the dealership have resolved but its taken a while. The car was good value for money and over all I am happy and would recommend Emo Motors.

The customer service was excellent, they were very informative. The car i bought today was in very good condition. Will definatley recommend anyone to go and check them out. Maybe buy future cars.
Happy with my Vauxhall Corsa from Emo Motors back in June. Happy with the car, it was a good price and Is a reliable car. No issues up to now and they were quite helpful so I owuld recommend them.

WOW! What an outstanding service from EMO Motors , met with the owner who actually picked me up from the nearest station and i was greeted with a warm welcome . No issues with the Vauxhall Corsa i purchased and he was very much willing to negotiate on price , a fair guy indeed ! Also added a few extras and told me to come back if i have any problems + 3 months warranty . I would recommend him highly and im sure when im ready for a new upgrade i will be back to part exchange . Do not hesitate to deal with him !
Was unsure of the right vehicle for me. The salesman at Emo Motors was very helpful and knowledgeable and allowed me to take time without pressure. I purchased from him in the end as i felt that he is a very genuine and honourable man.
Really helpful, had two test drives and dealer sorted any issues with the car before sale. The service history was not excatly as described on the website but everything else was spot on. Thanks!
BIG BIG NO, car break down 20 minutes after purchase, refused to help and stop answering the phone after. Defiantly will take legal action.
Car was exactly as described. Came with a full service history, one years MOT and 3 month warranty. The trader was not annoying or pushy, allowed us to view the car and make a decision in our own time. I've had no problems with the car so far. Overall a good experience.

Hi, can I ask how long you've had this car in total now and if it has still been problematic free? I'm trying to buy a 2nd hand car and a lot of the dealers in the local area have quite a bad rep and bad reviews (1 sold a stolen car apparently, NOT Emo) and the good ones dont have any part ex cars (within my requirement). Thanks
The customer service at Emo Motors didn't really stand out and they don't offer me any kind of standard warranty which I found disappointing. Not bad overall during my experience but not enough to earn a recommendation from me.
