It was an absolute pleasure to buy a Mercedes Benz from Empire Car Dealership, Bedford. The car I bought is immaculate. The staff were helpful, patient and friendly. They organised Road Tax which was a special touch and they notified me that there had been a miscalculation by the finance company and refunded me the difference.
My husband and I have bought various cars over the years and have never received such excellent service.
I highly recommend this dealership.

I have recently purchased a mini from empire cars, I could not fault them on anything. I went in with a quote I had gotten from the internet and they managed to lower it, all staff were friendly and made the experience a pleasant one. Throughout the sale they were on hand to answer any questions, flexible to all of my needs and went out of their way to make sure the whole process went smoothly. I would definitely recommend!

Bought a Mercedes from Empire Cars Bedford at the weekend after looking in three other garages. Found this one was best and a fair price. The owner was genuinely helpful and spent a long time helping with our finance. All sorted same day and we collected on Monday. Can't fault the service, highly recommend

Test drive guy at Empire Cars Bedford was lovely but experience went downhill once was handed over to the salesman who was lived up to his job title reputation.
Ordered AA inspection, long list of repairs required.

We are sorry to hear about your experience with regards to your inspection. You don't mention which vehicle you were interested in or the age and mileage. AA inspections use the same criteria to check all vehicles, regardless of age and mileage.
It is to be expected that an older car with higher mileage has a degree of wear and tear that would not be found on a much newer car with less miles.
Our customers are welcome to arrange independent AA inspections on any vehicle prior to purchasing. It is very rare that a car remains unsold after the inspection and we are sorry that on this occasion you were not happy.

I have always gone to big dealerships, never to an independent. However, service I got from Empire Cars Bedfordwas fab. Car was like new, no hard sell. Really nice people and I will now say will always go back there.

In August I bought a Vauxhall Meriva from this dealership and I am very happy with it, It was clean and in excellent condition when I collected it and since than I have had no problems with the car at all and it's fantastic value for money. I would definitely recommend this dealership.

I bought an Audi A4 from this dealership back in April. I found out afterwards that I could have got the car a lot cheaper. The service was pretty standard and the car was in okay condition. Had no issues with it really other than the price. I would recommend Empire Cars.
