Purchased a Ford Cmax end of September 2022 through one of empress Cars fake garage's in Wembley. Despite its glowing description and years Mot (fake) this hunk of junk has had nothing but expensive repairs. Request for money back within first few days was met with silence... I am now going to trading standards over empress Cars and their fake mot center. AVOID THESE CROOKS. Empress Cars, feel free to sue me if I'm wrong!

Hi, did this problem get resolved? i am having issues with a car i have purchased from them too, same problem with MOT and EML's on, shouldve failed when had MOT. clearly fake.

In response: No joy trying to contact the crooks. I just got rid of the car before it cost me anymore money... lesson learned, no more buying without trying.
I bought a 2006 BMW X3 from this company in May 2022. The car was sold to me from "WMB Car Sales" but my card was charged by "Empress Car Sales". Despite being sold to me as a good runner, the vehicle was highly defective - main issue being a knackered rear diff that makes a horrible noise and is likely to break at any moment. The parking sensors - front and back - did not work, and there is a leak in the cooling system which constantly causes the car to overheat. I sent a number of polite messages and got nowhere. I had to resort to going in there, in person, where Monika told me the company was sold and she cannot help me as she is "only an employee". Only when I went home to check the internet and my transactions did I find that: 1. WMB Car Sales didnt charge me despite me having an invoice from them. It was Empress Car Sales that took my money 2. She is actually the Director of Empress Car Sales. This company is the definition of a cowboy outfit. Do not give them your money.
