My sons girlfriend bought a car from this dealership and was looked after by a young man called Jamie , I sat in on the negotiations and was 100% impressed with the way he conducted himself and his attention to making sure she was clear and comfortable with the process involved . I was so impressed that I put a deposit down on one myself but unfortunately it was not meant to be and on informing Jamie he was so understanding and polite I felt I had to give him a very good review . He was excellent in the hand over process with my son’s girlfriend and sat with her for ages until she was confident to leave the forecourt . Excellent service Jamie your a credit to your company .

I bought a Ford Freedom wheelchair-accessible vehicle from a wheelchair car sale company. 14k mile with service history. After I’d done almost 5k I had an issue with the gearbox so I’ve taken it to diagnose it and they told me the gearbox oil and cooling got mixed (there was no leak or any light on the dashboard) so I need a new gearbox which will cost over 7 THOUSAND POUNDS !!! I’ve asked service manager Adam to ask Ford for goodwill and he did but Ford refused goodwill, they asked me to bring the service invoice done before 12k miles. So I’ve called Allied Mobility to provide me with that and I took that to Poole Ford. Again they denied Goodwill because on the invoice it shows the part number; rather than the grade of oil, so they asked me to provide that. I’ve called Allied again and asked them to send me an email showing what grade of oil it is with the part number, which they did. I've taken that to Ford and again they denied Goodwill because the email is not an official letter. So I called Allied again and explained the situation and I’ve been told because of GDPR we can’t provide details of the full invoice owner because it has his details on it! So what do I need to do? Allied is (apparently) ford approved services company so they told me to ask Ford to call them and they can tell what oil has been changed. Again Ford denied doing that too!!! Ford is the most unhelpful and unprofessional company I’ve ever dealt with by far now. It has been very disappointing for me as I'm a taxi driver carrying special needs pupils from home to school and school to home each day. It's been 1 month since I’ve been dealing with this and it affected my life not being able to work!!! I will never buy a Ford brand car ever!

Unfortunately my car was involved in an accident and the insurance company sent my car to english Ford in poole. They had it for 3 months, they tried to return it twice, the first time i could immediately see that the boot hadn't been repaired properly, the guy returning it said'oh the insurance company said just return it and see if the customer notices ' luckily i did! The second time they arranged to return it i waited for nearly 2 hours when they called to say there's a warning light that won't go out, so we can't bring it back. When they did eventually give it back the parking assist wasn't working, i told them, but they said 'oh the man only comes in once a week to do that'. I have since chased them up, but i get the ignore routine from the manager (someone called Sam). Avoid if you want your car repaired properly!
Rang b4 driving there, made provisional deal over phone(no px), made sure car still available and asked to see in the dry as belting down with rain. Car brought inside, dried and spotlessly clean. Agreed deal for car to include alloy wheel repair, touch paint and mats with delivery 6 days later. Car arrived, wheel done but missing paint, mats and puncture repair kit (which I forgot to check when I visited dealer). This was noted by delivery driver on all paperwork, who said he would advise on his return. I rang later in the day as suggested and Ben who sold the car to us was already aware of the missing items. Due to the distance I was asked if I would mind buying these items from my local dealer, send a copy of the invoice and I would be reimbursed. I was happy to do so and I have now been reimbursed as promised. Ben was terrific from the beginning, the sales process, to sorting out my minor issue. Well done for the 1st class service from English Ford.

Put a deposit down with English Ford in Poole on a used be caddy van and completed a deal , arranged a delivery date and subsequently sold my existing car . Waited nearly 2 weeks before I finally had correspondence and was told that I could not have the van as there was a mistake with the advert regarding VAT . I raised my concerns and said I have sold my old car Was told sorry mistakes happen. I have never in my life dealt with such a shower of shit Avoid avoid avoid
I purchased a Ford Focus and I am really happy with it, it was really clean and as described and I have had no issues at all other than one small issue with the central locking which was sorted by ford immediately. I will definitely recommend them.
