Great price on a low mileage, one owner mini. Without a showroom, the security to get on their site is a little 'out of the ordinary' but don't let that put you off. When we viewed the car, it was exactly as described on the website & the staff we dealt with (hannah & vicky) put us under no pressure & answered all our questions without any issues. Its a no haggle, 'you get what you see' purchase & the trade in deal was fair & compares to 'we buy any car'. When it comes to another car purchase we'll definitely check out EnjoyCarLife again.

Was greeted by Vicky after navigating my way through the extremely tight security which prevails at this site. The car we came to see was as described and in good condition. Vicky was courteous and knowledgeable but you could see that she was under strict time constraints with regular appointments on the hour. However, I cannot fault the purchasing experience as it was quick and almost clinical. I did have an issue with the car which I immediately reported, Vicky sprung into action and the matter was resolved at a local Greenhous dealer within a period of 48 hours. It doesn't get any better than this. Would I recommend Enjoycarlife? Yes I would. The deals are very competitive (I know I researched meticulously) and I will definitely consider them again for my next vehicle.

I can't praise enjoy car life enough and the whole experience, from how easy the website was to use to the service from Neil getting in early on a Saturday morning for me to collect our car, was amazing. I have recommended them to work colleagues already who have commented on what a good deal our Astra is and have about the website. Neil was very friendly and left us to view the car in peace before accompanying us on a test drive where he didn't bore us with sales speak but was well informed enough to answer any questions. The formalities of reserving the car, setting up finance and paying were all very quick and easy and we could of collected our car within 4 days of initially seeing it. Having being unable to fetch the car myself until the following Saturday, Neil arranged an earlier time of 8am for me which was above and beyond normal customer service and also made sure there was plenty of petrol to get me home. Amazing service, great deals and Staffordshire's best kept secret makes you feel you've found something really special.

From the initial call to the handover today, the experience was faultless which was mainly due to Vicky. A sales rep of the likes I have never met before.
