I must admit that I was initially quite sceptical, buying a car through the internet. From the first contact with Enjoy carl ife that vanished immediately. This company have proven to be a delight to deal with, They are professional, helpful, accommodating, honest and thorough. I can honestly say that this has been one of the best car purchasing experiences that I have. Vicky played a significant part in this, but it also extends to the rest of the team. Compliments to the Enjoy car life management for hiring people focused on customer experience, not just selling cars! I highly recommend this company.

From seeing the initial advertisement right Enjoycarlife have been fantastic! I met with Neil who left us to have a look around the vehicle on our own so no added sales pressure. We went for a test drive and once decided I wanted the car the process was very straight forward. Neil didn't apply any pressure just great service and made sure we had all the information that we needed before purchasing. Fantastic work thank you. I viewed a vw crafter at enjoy car life on the internet,rang up and was told it was in retail condition.I travelled 70 miles to have a look and it had quite a few bodywork issues that I was told would be sorted out and if I left a deposit it would be ready to collect in 5 days. 3 weeks later after regular calls to them ( not them contacting me!) was finally told it was ready,travelled 70 miles on the train to collect only to find the van in exactly the same state as it was originally in.fuming got the deposit back,poor company. AVOID.

I have used Enjoy Car Life for a few years now and have never had a problem at all with the service and quality of repairs from the people on the service desk to the mechanics. They have always gone the extra mile when they don't need to do so. Thank you to all the staff and keep up the good work.

We have not received the key which was sold with the car - an additional one which we paid for. We have had the car over 2 months now and have to keep calling for any information. Even though Nissan Crewe tells us it would take only a few days, Enjoy Car Life have taken months to get their Nissan Longton branch to provide a second key. Not good and not enjoyable phone call with one of their Customer Service Reps either.

The car did not have a full service history as promised. It broke down 2 days after the purchase. We did get a courtesy car but overall our experience was negative and there was lack of professionalism from sales and after sales department.
