I bought a Chevrolet Cruze In April 16.Drove home 160 miles,it was great.The following morning there was a pool of oil on my drive.After checking with my local garage who said it had a major problem,I asked enjoy car life for my money back.They did not quibble,and even organised the return of my old car and took the Chevy away. Their service,courtesy and help in a unfortunate situation has been excellent.

A few problems in getting a refund for the RAC warranty that I decided I did not want but soon resolved after a few emails and phone calls. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Enjoy Car Life is an awful car dealer, do not use. Bought a car on-line from them and everything went well. Didn't hear from them the next week as they said I would. I had to phone them the day before I was due to pick the car up and after me making four calls I was told the car wasn't ready. I made an appointment to pick the car up a week later. The day before I was sent an email to again say the car wasn't ready as it needed an engine part changing. Enjoy Car Life have no customer service at all - do not use.
Well were can one began, one word do not go to Enjoy Car Life. Last year spent over £300.00 on a repair and service. This year a service and MOT cost £152.00. My work van failed its MOT then after it did was told if I did not have the work done at the garage it would be charged £15.00 for a re test fee was told this after my MOT. Talk about a rip off and con never again. Both the service manger and one of the main Manger/ Director was not just rude but very arrogant so one word about that there loss. Do not go there ever. They do not care about their customers.
I don't normally give negative reviews readily. In this case, I felt compelled to correct the prevailing score of 5 for this dealership since this is probably the worst car trader I have seen in my lifetime (I have bought over 10 used cars over the last 33 years but never had such a bad experience with a car dealer). "Enjoy Car Life" was previously known as "Greenhous Fleet Shop" (the Parent company is called Greenhous Group). I had to pay £2000 for repairs after a clutch failure within 6 months of a £14000, car purchased from them (the car was under 3 years old and still under original Nissan Warranty). I make a passionate appeal to every reader: If you feel cheated by a trader then PLEASE do not just shrug your shoulders and swallow the bitter experience (that would be or could be selfish), rather, for the sake of discouraging poor trading practices (whilst encouraging fairness and honesty in society), be prepared to take your case to the Trading Standards agency, or, if necessary, to the County Court as a general rule.

Bought our first automatic car from Enjoy Car Life, the service was excellent and my husband loves the car, he'll never go back to a manual again! the car had a couple of small issues which they gave us cash to fix, I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to my friends and family.

EnjoyCarLife is the new name for Greenhous Fleet Shop. This used car dealership is based in Staffordshire and according to their website have been selling cars and vans for over 100 years.
