I thought I brought myself a lovely car how wrong was I. Had an oil leak found that a month after buying the car. New sump and timing belt done when the car only done 40,000miles. Then to be told it needs a brand new engine or rebuild coz the engine had it a blowing out blue smoke. When trying to contacting the company and the warranty company you just get mug off saying it’s not covered. It’s disgusting they can get away of selling cars like this, it’s false representation of the cars they are selling you. Do not buy a car from the garage unless you want to get rip off!!!

I am alway cautious when buying a new car with garages due to the money involved however from my experience with Enkae I can honestly say they are genuine, professional and a very helpful team. There was no hard sell and answered all my questions. I was provided with a bouquet of flowers and chocolate which was a very nice touch. The after service has been great, whenever I have called for advice on how to look after my car they have always helped or signposted me to the right direction. I feel Enkae deserve this detailed review as I felt that their ethos and approach to providing top quality cars and excellent customer service has been outstanding. When I do change my car again, this will be my first point of call as they are able to source pretty much any car with the spec and you like. Fantastic and thank you guys! I brought a c63, got home only to find about 10 faults with the car, instantly called the garage/showroom & they advised me my car is under mercedes warrenty. I then drove to my local mercedes garage only to find out that Enkae prestiage motors has taken £1200 for the warrenty but never activated it. It’s been 13days everyday I call I get told the ‘boss’ is sorting it out, then the sales rep telling me the boss isn’t here today will be done tomorrow. When to tomorrow comes they said it be done promise you, it’s been 13days still no warrenty & im left with a £45,500 car with very little use. I have lost complete trust in this garage. & will recommend those who are buying a car from this showroom, to please check the condition throughly & don’t leave the showroom without getting your warrenty handed to you otherwise once they got your money you will be chasing them & going around in circle like I have for the past 13days. & non of the management have bothered calling me, sales rep James said to me we sell more expensive car then ur £45,500 you have spent with us, leaving me thinking they do not appreciate my custom. I have informed a governing body & also been in touch with Santander who is financing the finance who have advised me they will be sending an engineer to inspect car. I will update soon as I get an insight of the inspection. Take care people don’t let others rip you off, we are worth more then a small car sales place mistreating us. I purchased an RS 3 from Enkae Prestige Motors in June 18 and found the garage very helpful. Would recommend them.
