Fabulous Nissan Qashqai that we bought from Essex Car Company in December, We have unfortunately had one break down, but Essex Car Company couldn't of handled it better, they got the car in straight away and rectified all the issues and we have had no problems since. We found everyone down at the dealership very friendly and helpful. In the future if we are in need of a car again I would return to see what they have in stock!

This is the second time I have bought a car from Essex Car Company and each time it has been a great experience. The guys there make the whole car buying process as easy as possible and they are so helpful. My car I bought in December from them is running fantastically and I drive it every day and enjoy it even more so today than I did when I first bought it. Hope to see you again soon but not too soon 😂

Charlie was very supportive; he guided me through the entire process and made everything really easy for me. I hardly had to do anything myself, apart from sign the paperwork. It was one of the simplest purchases I have ever made. I'm delighted with my BMW; it is a mint car and drives like a beast.

I left Essex Car Company very impressed by the service I received from them. The salesman who sold me my Audi was extremely good at his job and not pushy in the slightest. He was so informative and knew the car inside and out; he was very helpful when it came to explaining all the gadgets. My Audi is by far the best car I have ever owned. It is a dream come true for me.

I recently purchased a Ford Fiesta for my daughter from Essex Car Company in Rainham. The car has been performing well and has exceeded our expectations. My daughter tells me it is the perfect car for her, and she totally adores it. Also, the guys down at the dealership could not have done enough for me; they were all amazing. Bought a car from you a couple of years ago and was great service & car. Popped in today with an austitic adult i care for who loves Mustangs and you have one. The man started it up and took him for a ride in it in the car park .. absolutely made his day. Thank you for being so kind !!

I feel awful for not remembering the mans name who helped me at Essex Car Company, but he was a credit to their sales team. I found my new car on Autotrader and drove to see it in person and have a test drive, this is the first Merc I have ever bought, so being a Mercedes GLA I needed to try before I was ready to buy. This was for my work commute so reliability and comfort were paramount, I even referred my brother to go and buy a car from the garage as I couldn't find fault with a single thing they did! Top marks chaps
