This is the second car I've bought from Essex Car Company so they must be doing something right!! The whole team there are great actually. A young lad and a lady helped me out this time. I can't recall their names but they did their very best to get everything sorted for New year. We did't quite get there but I appreciated the extra effort and the fact they kept me updated every step of the way. I'm awarding 4.5* purely because I think there's always room for improvement, but they're a credit to the dealership.

I’ve been a Ford fan for years and reliability is a big factor for me. As long as they’re well-maintained, they’ve never let me down—I usually keep mine for around 20 years! When it came time to choose a new one I had to adjust to all the modern features. It took me a little while to get used to the stop/start system, but I have to say my new Fiesta's a brilliant little car. I can confirm that my three dogs and grandkids agree, as we use it regularly for our walks! A huge thanks to the team at the dealership for all their help—I really appreciate it!

The Audi A4 I purchased from Essex Car Co had been well maintained and really well serviced. David assisted me at the dealership and he was both honest and straight to the point, which made the whole process uncomplicated. Awarding a solid 4 stars as I believe nobodies ever perfect, but they came pretty close.

I’m well pleased with the Mercedes C-Class I got from Essex Car Company. The lads were super helpful. They couldn’t do enough for me and got my car ready really fast. I went in for a look on Thursday and picked it up on Saturday, so that’s what I call good service. I recommended them to my mate and he had the same super fast experience, so we’ve had no problems whatsoever.

I'd been looking online for a Kuga and had actually already put a deposit down on one in Peterborough, but I spotted a better specced one at Essex Car Company so that's where we headed. The service they provided was absolutely top-notch from beginning to end. Dave makes a fabulous coffee and the lady who helped on the payment side of things was fabulous too!

I absolutely love my Vauxhall Crossland! Everything's going great and it's been back and forth to Dorset a few times now, so I can't complain. One thing I found slightly frustrating was the slow communication at times, but aside from that Essex Car Company were pretty good throughout.
