Luckily Essex Car Company are our local dealership, literally just around the corner from where we live. The guys did all they could for us, and the whole buying journey was really nice with them actually. The Ford Kuga we bought has passed its MOT with flying colours and we're really happy with our choice.

We're really enjoying our 2 Series BMW and have no complaints from our side. James at Essex Car Co was absolutely brilliant - He had a relaxed, no pressure approach and just let us get on with it which we really appreciated.

Pretty much all my family buys from Essex Car Company, so when I wanted to upsize they were the first place I went. I knew I wanted a Nissan so decided to have a look around. The team is on first-name terms with my dad which is really nice. Sometimes a recommendation goes a long way! A Juke caught my eye and I ended up buying it a couple of days later. I’ve had a few minor issues with the car since picking it up, but the team has been great and got me sorted ASAP. The guys in the workshop are really friendly and the whole dealership is really great!

I've bought two cars now from essex car company and I have been very pleased with the cars I have bought. The first was a mini and this time a Mercedes. They made it very easy and were very pleasant. Dave was the salesman on both occasions and he was very helpful and not pushy at all. I would recommend.

We've owned loads of Mercedes and the GLC's a great motor. I can't fault the chaps at Essex Car Company. The salesman who helped us on the day was brilliant and I'd award 10 out of 10 if I could.

Certainly happy with the Ford Focus - It's lovely and the service we received was good throughout.

So far I'm getting on really good with my Vauxhall Grandland X and I'm really enjoying it. I am just waiting for a part to arrive from Essex Car Company but I'm still happy to give 5 stars because the customer service was brilliant.
