Visited the dealership without a particular vehicle in mind, but a type of vehicle. Charlie the salesman was very helpful, talking me through the vehicles available of the type I was looking for. No hard sales tactics, let me browse the cars, look at some. I never felt pressured to choose or purchase. I took a few days to research the vehicles, then went back, spoke with Charlie and made the purchase. Was very straight forward. After sales was great too. Couple of minor bits and these were quickly sorted by Steve. Am always dubious when visiting a car dealership I don't know. Would happily return here when I'm next in the market for a new car.

Overall, I cannot fault the service from Essex Car Company in Rainham. I'm chuffed to bits with my Ford Focus, and the guys at this dealership were nothing but helpful throughout the whole transaction.
