This car has been a delight for the past few months, it's reliable and a great choice. The customer service was top, very helpful, friendly, and efficient. The staff provided excellent service and made the whole process fast and easy. A huge thank you to them for a job well done! I was looking to buy myself a new car and searching around on the internet when I came across one that I liked with Essex Car Company in Rainham so I contacted them to make arrangements with them to go and pay them a visit to see the car and to take it for a test drive. When I got to their dealership I was met by Charlie who welcomed me with open arms and was so helpful in providing me with all the information I wanted to know about the car and taking it out for a decent test drive which went really well so I ended up buying the car and could not be happier. Thank you Charlie and Essex Car Company for finding me my perfect car and making it such a hassle free experience for me.

I would highly recommend Essex Cars, the Guy I spoke to was a true gentleman, I contacted him regarding a purchase and from the first minute we spoke I felt confident that he was genuine and trustworthy. There are a lot of unscrupulous people out there, but not Essex Cars, you can buy with confidence from here.

I am very happy with my purchase of this BMW from Essex Car Co in Rainham. Everything is good with the car, from the exterior to the interior, from the engine to the brakes, the car was as described in the advert, with no hidden faults or surprises and the car was handed over to me in a clean and polished condition. The staff at this dealership were very helpful and friendly throughout the transaction, they answered all my questions and explained everything clearly and they also arranged a test drive for me before I made the decision to buy the car, the test drive was smooth and enjoyable and I got to experience the car’s performance and features firsthand. I would 100 percent recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a reliable and good quality motor, they have a great selection of cars to suit different needs and budgets. From the first point of contact through to the handover of my Mercedes Essex Car Company were a joy to deal with. The sales guy which looked after me was outstanding and really knew what he was talking about when it comes to cars. He let me look round the dealership without watching over me every second and told me if I needed to have a think about what I wanted to do then take my time in doing so. This made me feel relaxed and comfortable dealing with him and this is why I went ahead and bought my car from him. I'm delighted with my new car and the service from here. I would highly recommend these and return back here when i'm looking for an upgrade.
