We headed down to Essex Car Company to look at a car for my daughter due to her recently graduating. My Daughter saw the beautiful BMW and we knew this was the car all her hard work earned. The gentlemen at the dealership were wonderful, and so very helpful. My daughter has loved driving the car and we will 100% come back if we are ever in the market for a new vehicle.

I am so pleased I went to Essex Car Company due to the customer service I received. All the salesman we great, very polite and professional throughout the whole process of buying the car. Honestly I have had some issues with the car but thankfully I took out the warranty which was a massive help with the costs.

I was after a little run to get me around town after a detailed search, I came across Essex Car Company and they had a wonderful Ford Fiesta for sale. When I went down to the dealership to see it - I knew it was the car for me! I cant remember the gent I spoke to down there but he was very good, knew lots about the car and advised me well. I wouldn't hesitate to go back there when I am back on the market for another motor.

The best service yet even tho it was a long wait it was worth it because he kept us entertained the whole time while we waited and got the car very happy and definitely recommend to anyone purchasing a new car go to Essex Car Company!

Essex Car Company as a business have been amazing, all the staff have been amazing before, during and after the same. My inquiry was picked up quickly, I was giving the attention needed while considering the options available and I have had a couple issues after the sale, the issues were dealt with quickly and effectively. I am returning the car as more and more things are cropping up which need addressing however, I will be getting a replacement from Essex Car Company as they have been a pleasure start to finish.

I really appreciate the way Essex Car Company helped and treated me while on the hunt for my new car. I had a Range Rover Evoque, a 2014 model which was not ULEZ compliant, I loved the car but due to where I lived, I needed something which wasn't going to be running up additional costs for me and I couldn't think of anything better than a new model Evoque. I love the extra techy bits like the touch screen and heated seats, defiantly makes the difference in this weather! I love the car and the service was second to none, everyone was very friendly, welcoming, I didn't feel pressured just well informed on the options and I can't find a single fault with Essex Car Company. They are highly recommendable company and I would 100% deal with them again.

Things are going very well, the car is very nice and a great set of lads down at the dealership. I had a Corsa before which was my first car and I much prefer this car, the modern technology is quite nice, it's significantly more fuel efficient and it's a nicer size too. The service has been fantastic.

Everything has been great, had the car a little while now and it is really standing the test of time. Not a single issues or cause for concern, I was a new driver when I bought the Qashqai and it did take me a little getting used to, however, I love it!
