I drive my new Corsa everyday and I'm so so happy with Essex Car Company and the car I received. James was absolutely lovely to deal with, he showed me the car which seemed like a very nice and clean, it was very smooth to drive and I know Vauxhalls are reliable. I have had the car a good few months now and I am still yet to have any issues.

I'm a little late to the party as I bought my car back in March however, I don't believe in reviewing a product until you've really had the time to use it day to day. Driving my BMW was getting pricey, I was looking for a nice-looking alternative which would save me a little money in the long run. The guys at Essex Car Company were great in showing me suitable alternatives, explaining the features and giving me the freedom to explore the options to my heart’s content. I was hesitant at first looking at the Kia Optima however, the car looks great, is incredibly fuel efficient, has 7 years manufactures warranty, performs well on short and long journeys and I am incredibly happy with everything. I would recommend Essex Car Company wholeheartedly and will be back myself in a couple years to see what else they have on offer.

Essex Car Company are a team of genuine people with customers interests at heart, I have had a couple issues with my Golf when I first bought it, unfortunately used cars can have their issues.. Fortunately, Essex Car Company supplied me with a curtsy car on every occasion I needed repairs completing, they fixed all the issues thrown at them efficiently and apologetically and due to the issue recurring sporadically, they extended my warranty to 1 year to ensure I had peace of mind on the road. The car itself is great! I was able to test drive as many as I liked and the Golf was the best of the bunch, I must say I think it's the best automatic I have ever driven! This is the third car I have purchased from Essex Car Company and I won't hesitate to buy my fourth here!

Made up with my new BMW 2 Series, I have but a lot of miles on with work and the only thing I have needed to do is replace the brake pads. The team at the dealership were outstanding!
