The Mercedes GLA Class is running seamlessly well with no issues at all! Its a great car and I am pleased with my choice. The customer service is just what I would of expected, kind, helpful and friendly. The team was great! Nothing but 5 stars for Essex Prestige and staff!

I toyed with the idea of switching things up and getting something different to my trusty old Passat however, I thought what the hell, I love my car so i'm certainly going to love a newer one even more!
I am very happy with the car, it's quick, reliable as my old one, I have done about 4000 miles in the last 6 months and not had any issues, it's also incredibly fuel efficient, I'm sat comfortably at 70 MPH on the motorway and getting a solid 62 MPG in return.
I can't remember who it was I dealt with in the dealership but they were incredibly attentive, helpful and friendly to chat to.
My only drop in mark was I was supposed to have a water and oil change but I never heard anything back.
Overall, the service has been very good!

Everything is going well with my BMW X1 I purchased from Essex Car Company, Dave and the team have been exceptional, the customer service is second to none and they have been very accommodating before, during and after the sale.
I bought the car as I needed a family friendly SUV and wanted to stay with something a little bit more sporty.
Having three kids it is a little bit of a squeeze however, I am very happy over all.
I do hope to continue business with this company again in future and recommend Dave and Essex Car Company!

I drive my new Corsa everyday and I'm so so happy with Essex Car Company and the car I received.
James was absolutely lovely to deal with, he showed me the car which seemed like a very nice and clean, it was very smooth to drive and I know Vauxhalls are reliable.
I have had the car a good few months now and I am still yet to have any issues.

I bought a Corsa as a little bit of a downgrade to save some money, Essex Car Company were really great to deal with, the customer service was way above par and they really did everything right. I have since swapped the car due to a change of heart but Essex car Company come highly recommended.
