All was fine dealing with Essex Car Company, the Ford Kuga has been lovely, doing it's job very well. Only thing that could've been improved was the cleanliness of the car when I came to pick it up, but they got it sorted before we left, so all in all, very happy.

Very accommodating and helpful at Essex Car Company, nothing was too much trouble for the team. The CLA has been great to drive, really nice car and looks mint too.

Everything is fine, a few little things were missing such as the car matts and the ariel, but apart from that it was a good overall experience.

The Fiesta is running perfectly, not a single issue with it. Jame done as best as he could to get the car pristine for us, he was amazing. I definitely recommend James, he bent over backwards to make everything smooth sailing, couldn't have asked for more from him and would recommend anyone to visit.

Hopefully I won't be needing a new car for a while, but I would 100% definitely go back to Essex Car Company, James managed everything perfectly for me! They left a really good first impression, I have had the car since February and not had a single issue, it has been absolutely perfect. The team were literally superb, I even did an Instagram thing as they were amazing, can't recommend enough!

I am absolutely delighted with my Fiesta. Although three years old, it's just like new. The service from Essex car company was superb, and the car was nearly a thousand pounds cheaper than identical other ones I looked at. When the car was delivered, the driver forgot to bring the registration document. I phoned, and instead of just sticking it in the post, Chris drove 14 miles to bring it to me. I will certainly be coming back to Essex Cars when I next change a car!

Absolutely love my Ford, it is such a gorgeous car to drive. Everyone at ECC were so lovely and welcoming, I couldn't have asked for much more from them, they helped me out massively, and it was so quick too. I would definitely recommend!

The Focus has been absolutely perfect, I have had no issues at all since buying it in January. The chap who dealt with me was a top bloke, really helpful, easy to talk too, and got the sale done really quickly. I would be happy to recommend to others, I thought they were great from start to finish.
