Really easy car buying process, just need a few lose ends tying up then all will be perfect. Overall I am pleased with my Kuga, it is a nice car and has been a welcome change. Both my partner and I drive it and she is enjoying driving it too.

I am very very happy with the customer service provided by the Essex Car Company team, it was better than any dealership I have ever been to before. Dead happy with the service I received, I test drove the car with ease and the sales guys did not put hard pressure on me, When I got in the car I was pleased to see that it was in a very good condition; Very clean and tidy! I certainly recommend.

From end to end, the process of buying my car from this garage was simple and trouble-free. The guy who I dealt with was brilliant, I couldn't have asked for more from him!
