Really good experience with Essex Car Company. Staff were very helpful, and really nice. My Polo is a lovely car and drives very well. No complaints whatsoever. 10/10.

Lovely service provided by Essex Car Company, the lads were really nice to deal with and were really honest about everything. I went for another Range Rover as it is what I am used too, however, I am thinking of swapping it as I do need a bit of a change I think. The car is faultless, I cannot find a single issue, I am just wanting a change up! The lads are more than happy to help me out with the swap, so I cannot fault their services one bit. They did everything they needed too and more. I highly recommend!

Chris was absolutely brilliant from beginning to end during the purchase of my Smart car. He was such a great help and really looked after me. Nothing was too much trouble for him, he answered any question I had and made it a really easy process. The two guys that delivered my car were fantastic as well, they were really lice lads and explained everything to me in great detail. The most impressive bit was definitely my car though! When it arrived it was gleaming inside and out, in much better condition than I imagined ti to be actually! I cannot find a single fault with my experience and would definitely refer back to Chris again when I am wanting a new one!

By far the best service I have ever received! From first walking through the doors, to driving away in my Mondeo they were so helpful and accommodated me throughout. I was allowed to view the car in my own time and didn't feel pressured or rushed. They were very patient with me and guided me through the purchase very well. Without a doubt I will definitely be recommending to others, they were a real pleasure to deal with!

I did have an issue to begin with, however, due to the dealership being so helpful and courteous with the problem. I cannot give them less than 5 stars for their service. As soon as I raised the issue, they were more than happy to help and got my Tiguan in the garage straight away to get it sorted. It was in and out within a day so it was a very quick turn around well! Ever since then, I have had no issues whatsoever, it has been driving perfectly. Brilliant from start to finish! The salesman I had provided really good service and was very accommodating throughout, he showed me around the car well, and made me feel really welcome at their site. I decided to go with a Mercedes C Class, and wow I am impressed. It is a gorgeous car and drives beautifully. I highly recommend!

I have had no faults or issues ever since buying my EcoSport from Essex Car Company! It drives seamlessly and is very comfortable on the roads. The customer service was spot on, it was very simple and straight forward, and was rather quick as well. They are very deserving of 5 stars, I highly recommend!
