Charlie in particular was very friendly and patient with me when buying a car today. I was left to view the car in my own time without being rushed and had my questions answered. Really impressed with the service I have received from Essex Car Company. The staff were brilliant when we brokered the deal, but the aftercare was even better. Every time I have had a question or thought there was an issue, they booked it in for me and resolved it on the same day. 5 star service.

I’m really happy with my Mercedes purchase from Essex Car Company! So far, everything has been great. I looked at a few cars before making my decision, but after re-reading the ad on AutoTrader it was the Mercedes I wanted. Also, the price it was up for was too attractive to walk away from.

Essex Car Company provided me with good service on the day I visited the dealership. I dealt with Chris, and he let me test drive around 3 different Ford models while I was there. I was a bit nervous about test driving too many, but the salesman was happy for me to drive as many as I wanted. After test driving the Zetec Fiesta, I was happy to go ahead with it. I'm glad I went on the test drives, it was really helpful.

He helped me find the car I wanted, and his knowledge made the experience pleasant enough. The selection of vehicles was impressive, with plenty of different options to choose from.

I've got no complaints about the service received from Car Central Birmingham. I needed the Hyundai Tucson delivered to me because I needed it to drive it to France. They managed to organise a date and time that suited me. They delivered the car on time and with a fresh valet.

It was my second time visiting the dealership as the first time was to view the car, and I ended up making the purchase on my second visit. It was a really good experience compared to other dealerships where I felt pressured. This place was much more relaxed, and I appreciated the team's approach. My Kia Ceed has been fantastic for the odd 45-minute trip I tend to do.

We already knew what car we wanted before arriving at the dealership so everything was made really easy for the guys. We had a couple of questions before going ahead with the purchase, to which every question was answered. I think it was Steve who looked after us but don't quote me on it and he couldn't have been any more help to be honest. Everything was pushed through quickly and we got a great car at the end of it.
