I initially spoke to Jaymie about the car, and she was fantastic, so much information, and also really helpful. I decided on the car and when I went to collect, it was Dawn who did the hand over, she was excellent. The little extra bits she did, went a long way, she connected the radio up, showed me all the control etc, and just got the car completely ready for me to jump in and go. They even changed the number plates over for me! I bought a Mercedes C43, and I'm over the moon with it. Thanks Essex Prestige, I will be back when I need something new!

I'm really pleased with the car I bought from here, its amazing! When I picked it up it was really clean, tidy and the advert reflected the car exactly! The person who dealt with me was really helpful and polite, I would be happy to go back. I love the Mercedes GLC, really really happy with it!

I recently upgraded from a Golf to a BMW 320D X Drive, and wow! What a difference, it took a while to get used to the size, engine and handling, but the car is absolutely perfect, I love it. Essex Prestige were great when I bought it, it all went very smoothly, and the transaction was handled really well, can't fault the dealership or car, very impressed!

I purchased my new Range Rover Sport over the phone with Essex Prestige, all calls and email exchanged the dealership were informative, helpful and professional. I organised the delivery of the car myself (the dealer did offer this, but I wanted to sort myself). When the car was delivered to me, it was EXACTLY as described, if not in even better condition that the photo's showed. Very impressed, and happy with the car. Would highly recommend.

I bought a BMW XDrive for my wife, and she is absolutely loving it! I've bought many cars before, and I have never experience service as quick, smooth and professional. I was shocked at how quickly they worked for us, we went to see the car, bought it and was driving away within a couple of hours. It was just brilliant. No complaints at all with the car, its great, I will defo use Essex Prestige again in the future, from start to finish they were spot on.

My Husband and I went to Essex Prestige in Harlow, to view a Jaguar we had seen online, when we arrived, we was greeted by a lovely salesman, who was welcoming and very helpful. We loved the Jag and knew we wanted it, there was no fuss at all, they did everything they said they would and when we collected the car, it was exactly as described, it was very clean and tidy, both inside and outside. I would be happy to buy from this company again.

I had been looking around for a new Mercedes, and I had been to a few dealerships over a couple of days, all of which had a nice range of stock, but when I got to Essex Prestige I was pleasantly surprised to see the extra selection of cars available, I was looking for a specific type of detailed car, and they had many of these. I decided on a Mercedes-Benz SL63. The whole team here were really nice, and lovely to talk to, always on hand to help when needed too. The service was outstanding, and I will be back shortly for a new car for my Wife. It's been really nice meeting this dealership and I think I've found my go to place for company and personal vehicles moving forward. Essex Prestige had the car valeted in the morning of collection, and when I got there, it was absolutely stunning. Everything was prepped and ready when I got there, they just exceeded expectations in every aspect. The Merc has been fantastic since buying, I'm really happy with it. I will certain recommend the dealership to others, and as mentioned, I will 100% be back.

The staff at Essex Prestige were lovely, really easy to talk to and deal with. I went to buy a Mercedes E Class, the car was presented very well, its a really nice car, the price was great for age, mileage and spec, and it was exactly what I wanted.
