I recently had a baby and found myself in need of a bigger car, as car seats and prams take up so much space. While browsing on Autotrader, I came across an Audi Q5 that was the perfect size and exactly as advertised. I part-exchanged my old car, and the team offered me a very fair price. I couldn’t fault the team; they were all incredibly friendly and accommodating. What I really appreciated was that they never rushed me or pressured me into making a decision. They made the whole experience stress-free and enjoyable.

I was browsing online when I came across a BMW iX3 at Essex Prestige. When I saw the price, I knew I had to take it for a test drive. Although I’d never owned an electric car before, so I was a bit apprehensive, the team took the time to explain how everything worked. When I finally got behind the wheel, I instantly fell in love with it. The car was everything I wanted; it had the beautiful grey colour I was hoping for and came with the black pack, making it even better than most I had seen. A special thanks to the team for being so reassuring and supportive. They made the transition to an electric vehicle completely seamless.

My BMW is absolutely wicked. I had an X5 about four years ago but regretted getting rid of it, so I've been looking for another one ever since. This one ticks all the boxes it wasn't too far away, it was a great price, and it was the best looking one I found online. I haven't done any long trips yet, but it's very comfortable, and I'm finding any excuse to go out in it. Dylan was brilliant and spot on throughout the whole process. I called to arrange a viewing and put a deposit on the car. Dylan was very understanding and happy to wait for me to sort out the money. Once I did, I headed back down to collect it. I've already recommended Essex Prestige to people I know, and next time I want a car, Essex Prestige will be the first place I look.
