Not one to normally leave reviews but after dealing with this dealership I thought I had to. We’re really good from start to finish. Made an appointment day before and turned up following day, the car was ready and valeted outside waiting for me. After about 40 mins test driving and viewing the car I was ready to buy. The young lad there Reece was a breath of fresh air and wasn’t pushy at all which made a nice change. I will be telling all my friends to visit these guys and I will definitely be returning. Great work Essex Prestige.

Only gave one star as no stars was not an option!!!! Was mid-sold a bmw m135i with fake service history that took one phone call to prove as fake!! Car was advertised as stock but was heavily modified and the advertised mileage was incorrect. Having returned the car and illegally having monies withheld it has now been readvertised just 2 days later with the same false details. Buy a car from Essex Prestige at your peril and expense!!!

Don’t get confused by similar companies as others have! Despite purchasing one of their cheapest items in stock, they couldn’t have treated me better. A really professional, yet friendly and super helpful company. They were not pushy at all. I would happily buy from them again and recommend to others. Wether you are a novice or experienced car buyer they will treat you well and explain everything with out baffling jargon. With a huge range of stock all professionally cleaned and maintained my vehicle never looked this good even when it left the show room for the first time. Top place and people.

I purchased a BMW 4 series xdrive auto and noticed there was an issue with either the gear box or the transfer box. I took the car back and Joel and the team were very polite and helpful. They took the car to a specialist who confirm there was an issue. They provided me with a courtesy car while mine was being fixed and i have the car back all fixed with receipts to guarantee the work. Thank you Luke for dropping it off to me. There are a lot of negative reviews on here but when a car company like this is turning over 50 to 60 cars a month there are always going to be some that develop a problem. How a company deals with the issue is what sets them apart. I cannot recommend this company enough and wanted to leave a positive review to reflect the outstanding service i received. I would/will buy another from Essex Prestige.

Another review that seems like it's sales advert for EP (it's almost like it's been drafted and cut and paste as a review - I've not seen reviews from customers posted in this way before) - the tone is similar to some of the other POSITIVE reviews on here! To get an honest balance view of EP look at all the reviews filtering from the lowest SCORE first - they seem very genuine and honest.

So I was the person that brought the car, it's still going with no issues and I love the car. I don't understand why someone would spend time trying to rubbish good reviews, you must have had a very bad experience.

I have just purchased an M4 from Essex Prestige this is my fifth vehicle from this company,the car was exactly as described and in excellent condition and drives perfectly,I won’t buy a car from anywhere else! I’ve had one issue with a previous car which was the tracking so I called and it was booked in and repaired the same day and even given a car to use for the few hours it took,couldn’t ask for anything more,I’ve also sold cars with them and been more than happy with the fair price,friendly staff and welcoming and offered a cup of tea or coffee while I waited,I’ve lost count of how many of my friends I’ve recommended them to

Have some amazing cars felt like going to a museum welcomed me and my family to look around and was so pleased with the service didn’t have the car I wanted or could afford this time but will be back to Essex Prestige for sure

Bought my car last month from Essex prestige and cannot be more pleased from start to finish was very polite and professional even thou I bought one of there cheaper cars a 2012 BMW X5 was in great condition and the reason a chose to go there was because of the great price and the aa inspection it received they even let my sons take a picture in 2 Lamborghinis which they was over the moon with would defiantly recommend
