I was really impressed with Essex Prestige when I bought my Focus ST, the customer service was brilliant, from start to finish. They really have the customer at the heart of the business, they answered any questions I had, extremely informative. The ST is just incredible, I'm loving it! Apart from the fact its nice to look at and very quick, its comfortable to drive, and is in great condition - its perfect!

I've had Range Rovers in the past, and I wanted to upgrade to something newer, Essex Prestige had what I wanted, I'm really happy with it, enjoying the drive. The staff were helpful and friendly, I felt comfortable on site and the whole process was quick and easy, I cant fault them. I would happily buy from them again, and recommend to others.

I really cannot fault Essex Prestige at all, I took the car on a test drive and I loved it! When I went to collect the Mini it was beautifully clean and in pristine condition. Shes driving like a dream, beautiful to drive, the air con is fantastic and equally the heating is too. The Mini is great on petrol, I'm so pleased with it. Jaymie was brilliant, very friendly and helpful. The car needed taxing and she sorted that for me when I collected, all the paper work she sorted - it really was a stress-free experience with lovely helpful people. I definitely recommend Essex Prestige

The staff were great, excellent customer service. The whole sale was done over the phone, I was sent pictures and videos of the car, and it was exactly as described when I went to collect it, great service provided and very professional. I'm really enjoying driving the Mercedes, its absolutely great! I would have no hesitation in using them again for a future car.

I bought my first ever car from Essex Prestige a couple of weeks ago, I absolutely love it. Its running beautifully, looks incredible. I'm really enjoying it. The customer service was great, very helpful and informative. The Mercedes SLK was a good price too. I highly recommend the dealership, mainly for outstanding customer service and good quality cars - fairly priced.

I'm super happy with the Range Rover I bought. I went to view and test drive Sunday afternoon, and I was driving away by 1 o'clock Monday afternoon. The process was quick and easy, and the staff made it very straight forward.

I have been looking for a Audi S3 for around 6 months, I'm quite picky and wanted the car to be exactly what I wanted. I found an S3 at Essex Prestige, the photos looked amazing, but when I got there, I was totally shocked and the photos did not do the car justice, it was even better in person. I couldn't believe it, I had found the car I wanted, in a rare colour with the exact spec I wanted. I am having the best time of my live driving it and I'm loving the reactions when people see it, its a real head turner. I knew I was dealing with a great company when I was on site, I got the new car buzz and not the daunting feeling, they were helpful, kind and friendly, I would 10000% buy from them again. I had a nosey round the showroom, and it's so nice to see cars been looked after, great stock profile! Really really impressed with Essex prestige, Dawn helped me through the sale, she was fantastic. I can't wait to go back in a couple of years and see whats next!

I went to view the car quite late on in the evening with the potential to buy it. They was accommodating for the time, and ensured all the information was available to me. They were really helpful and informative, and the car was what I wanted, so I sealed the deal. I'm really happy with the car, its all good.
