This dealership sold us a car with worn-out brake discs along with a faulty heated seat and other electrical issues, then withheld money, even after all the necessary paperwork was provided. When we encountered these issues with the vehicle, we reached out to Autoprotect (Warranty provider), only to be informed via email that the car had been returned to the dealership. This was completely untrue as the vehicle was still in our possession at the time. This leads me to believe Essex Prestige cancelled our three-month warranty, contacting the warranty company to falsely claim the car had been returned in order to recover the warranty payment. Despite having all the paperwork including the last service records, they also alleged an issue with our part exchange (PX). Within two weeks, they sold our PX vehicle, with full-service history, at full retail price. My communication with the MD has been challenging throughout and I am currently commencing legal proceedings.

Overall my RR Sport hasn't been to bad at all. I noticed a slight knock on the front end, possibly the suspension, on my way back from France, so I’ll need to pop in and see the team to get it checked. Other than that, it’s been sweet as a nut! They were great when I traded in my old car, and I’m happy with the experience so far.

From start to finish everything was made really smooth while I was buying my BMW 3 Series and I've got no complaints. I've just got a spare key sorted out, so everything is sorted and I'm enjoying the car.

Absolutely love my Audi E-Tron, it's been fantastic! It’s my first EV, and while charging can get a bit pricey I’m lucky to have free charging at work. The team was busy on the day I picked it up, but they still made plenty of time for me and made the experience really easy to be honest.

Four weeks in, and everything’s going alright with the car. The stop/start feature didn’t work initially, but they offered to get me a new battery right away. It’s a good little first car for my daughter, and the whole experience was pleasant and in the end it was an easy transaction. Spot on service! Very accommodating, even sorted out the new tyres while the paperwork was being done. I couldn't have asked for anything better. Nothing is ever top marks but they were far off at all. Top lads!

Really easy process to buy a car from this dealership. The team give you plenty of space to view the cars you're interested in and I was even offer a test drive, which I declined but was happy to be asked. I've still only used my car for short trips about 5 miles a day but it's been great and I'm looking to take out an extra warranty to protect the car.

I purchased 2 vehicles from Essex Prestige, one being a Tesla for my works car and an Audi E-Tron for my partner both of which have been used every day and are perfect! The team were faultless on the day there was a little issue with the wrap coming off on the Tesla door but the team were great at arranging a day that suited me to get it sorted with 0 push back.
