It was nice to be assured by the dealership that if I ever had any issues, they would be happy for me to take the car back to them to carry out the checks/repairs if needed, it was good to hear. I felt the experience from start to finish went smoothly. There was no pressure from the salesman at any point, and it all went well.

I recently bought a Mercedes from Essex Prestige, honestly there has been a few bumps in the road but Nick the salesman, even though very busy has always provided a good level of customer service to me. He answered all my questions and got my car back into the garage as soon as possible to get a few things sorted. I am due to get my car back to today and I am really looking forward to it, Even though we haven't had the most seamless experience this time round, the way they have handled this would not put me off using them again in the future.
