We are chuffed to bits with our new Audi A3 and so far its going well. Really chuffed with the customer service we received, all of the paperwork was clearly explained on the day and I've recently had the log book through so now there isn't anything outstanding.

I've had my Ford Ranger for about a month now and so far it's been a good bit of kit. I don't tend to do any long trips but it's getting used daily with no issues, so I can't complain. Great service from the team, I would have loved a cup of coffee but I won't knock the rating down because the guys did a good job.

This was my first time buying a car from Essex Prestige and I thought it was brilliant. Some of the cars they have in stock are very impressive. I went for the Mercedes E-Class and with it also being my first time owning a Mercedes, I was grateful for the teams knowledge, professionalism, and transparency when answering my questions. Absolutely delighted with the service I received from Dylan and the team at Essex Prestige. I've just noticed that my heated window screen isn't working properly since the weather is getting colder and the release button for the rear glass on the canopy isn't working, but I've contacted Dylan regarding these. Definitely 5 stars though!

Everything has been perfect at Essex Prestige. I need to pop back in at some point to get a bit of trim pushed back into place (which was agreed at the point of sale), I live in London so it's just about finding the right time to do it.

This dealership sold us a car with worn-out brake discs along with a faulty heated seat and other electrical issues, then withheld money, even after all the necessary paperwork was provided. When we encountered these issues with the vehicle, we reached out to Autoprotect (Warranty provider), only to be informed via email that the car had been returned to the dealership. This was completely untrue as the vehicle was still in our possession at the time. This leads me to believe Essex Prestige cancelled our three-month warranty, contacting the warranty company to falsely claim the car had been returned in order to recover the warranty payment. Despite having all the paperwork including the last service records, they also alleged an issue with our part exchange (PX). Within two weeks, they sold our PX vehicle, with full-service history, at full retail price. My communication with the MD has been challenging throughout and I am currently commencing legal proceedings.

Overall my RR Sport hasn't been to bad at all. I noticed a slight knock on the front end, possibly the suspension, on my way back from France, so I’ll need to pop in and see the team to get it checked. Other than that, it’s been sweet as a nut! They were great when I traded in my old car, and I’m happy with the experience so far.

From start to finish everything was made really smooth while I was buying my BMW 3 Series and I've got no complaints. I've just got a spare key sorted out, so everything is sorted and I'm enjoying the car.
