My husband purchased a Volkswagen Caddy from here and from what I've heard, there hasn't been any issues. We are honestly chuffed as nuts with it! I was involved in the sale but it seemed like a quick and easy process, so I can't not give it 5*

Happy to give the guys a 5 out of 5 for a great car buying experience. I've had my Citroen Berlingo for around 4 weeks now and so far I've not come across any issues. On the day I was given all the space needed to make a decision, and not once did I feel pressured. I'd 100% recommend to others.

I've only put a couple hundred miles on the clock because it's just being used for short trips for now, but I’m loving it. The saleswoman (wish I remembered her name!) was fantastic, really helpful with all my questions, and gave me a fair price on my part exchange. Really pleased with my Range Rover and a great experience all around!

I'm delighted with my Mercedes. Since driving away I've fitted a tow bar for my caravan and the person carrying out the work fitted it without impacting the body kit, which was a big win. Dylan was really professional and made sure everything went smoothly while I was at Essex Prestige. I plan to run this car into the ground over the next five years, but I'll definitely be coming back here when it's time for the new car. Easy 5*!

Everything has been spot on at Essex Prestige! The car's been running well, and I've got the home charger set up now, which makes everything so convenient. I always try to come back when I can and the last time I visited, I bought a Mercedes a little over a year ago and had a great experience then too. I'm absolutely loving my Mercedes, and she’s all set with the new personal plates as of yesterday. She was on the road right away, and everything’s been great! All good with my Tesla Model 3 so far, and I’m really enjoying the drive! Making the switch from petrol to electric has been a new experience, but I’m slowly getting used to charging it up. On the day, the whole process was lovely and straightforward. Every time I called up, the team was happy to help and answered any questions I had. They even helped my friend with his car.
