Recently I bought a Tesla Model 3 from Essex Prestige and its smashing, I'm really enjoying it. There was some wait time when I came to see the car, as it was at the MOT station and getting some new tyres, so they have lost a star from me due to the lack of organisation, but the salesman was very apologetic and overall the experience has been a positive one.

The search in finding this Transit has been a lengthy one, a few months I think. As soon as I found this one at Essex Prestige I was very happy as it has the body kit I wanted. The guys there were great and looked after me well, answering any questions I had, Would 100% recommend them to others.

Hi,
Looking online for motor vehicles is easy, but finding a reputable honest dealerships is the challenge now days.
We had a hassle free purchase whilst dealing with the team at Essex Prestige. Upon viewing the van i found a couple of issues that needed to be resolved.
I strongly believe that all of these things should have been picked up on the pre inspection check prior to my visit, but after discussing them with the team to resolve. They actioned the repairs quickly to get the ready for collection.
Overall I was happy with the company and the vehicle.
I would reccomended them and purchase another vehicle again in the future.

We love our new Ford S-Max from Essex Prestige, it's been brilliant. There is one issue with one of the doors not opening with the key fob, but I took out a warranty that covers this. The customer service from the team was fantastic.
