So far so good with my Audi Q7. I did have to bring the car back shortly after purchasing it to get something checked out but the car has been fine since.

A month on, and everything is going really well. The car is great and I've no complaints at all. Even though it was the last working day before Christmas when I visited Essex Prestige, I thought it was all handled well. I was offered a test drive but didn’t end up taking one as I was choosing between two options. I was passed the keys to both and started them both up which was enough for me. Nick was fantastic, he knew exactly what he was doing and answered all my questions. It can be stressful buying a car, but this was a really good experience. No reason not to give 5 stars.

My Mercedes has been spot on. There were a couple of small issues, like the missing locking wheel nut and the memory card without the sat nav, but otherwise, it’s been fantastic. The car is stunning, and I’ve been getting loads of compliments on it. The customer service from Nick was amazing, he was dead helpful and absolutely class with excellent communication throughout the process.

Owning a Tesla Model Y is very new to me, as I've never had an electric car but so far it's been perfect. The team was really helpful, I felt everything was clearly explained, and they even helped to sort out the Tesla warranty and got 2 tyres replaced for me. I've got no complaints.

A5 service while I was purchasing my Audi A5. I'm getting on very well with the car since having it and I'm enjoying it. Dylan was great, I felt he kept me well informed about the progress of the car before going ahead with it and it was a really simple process in the end.

I would rate an experience at 4, due to a bit delayed delivery, which I understand as it's done through an external company, but communication about it could've been more clear. Also, there were some visual defects in the car that have not been mentioned anywhere or shown, which is a bit disappointing due to the fact that it's a pretty expensive car, but I am not that much worried about it as it's only visual defects. Overall good experience and would recommend to friends and family.
