It was honestly great customer service, no pressure at all - he was very patient with me as one payment I tried to make didn't go through so I had to take a bit of time to sort it out. I found them on Autotrader - I was looking for great deals and I found this one at Essex Prestige.

The staff were fairly laid back and said if you want it, go for it. If not, that's fine too. I found them through Autotrader - I was looking for a particular Mercedes and found one at Essex Prestige so I decided to pop in and I'm glad I did. I'll give them 4 stars because there's always something to improve.

We dealt with Dylan and he was so friendly and helpful and not at all pushy. Which does make a change to other dealerships. Despite the high end cars it was a very down to earth comfortable environment. Would really recommend to anyone. Super easy, friendly people and we love the car.

I got the van delivered after seeing it online. This was the first time I had a vehicle delivered, and based on this experience, I would definitely do it again. Everything was really quick and simple. There weren’t any delays or issues with the delivery. Communication with the staff throughout the whole process was clear and fast. I did have one issue with the van, but they got me booked in as quickly as possible with a garage near me and sorted everything without any hassle and there hasn't been a issue since.

Pretty standard experience. The staff were very helpful, and the car was well prepared and valeted for me. I wasn’t waiting any longer than expected, it was a simple transaction. The only issue is that the air conditioning hasn’t worked since I got the vehicle. However, I’m still pleased with both the car and the service.

The car has been great since the purchase. I did have a wheel bearing issue, but it is booked in on Saturday, so hopefully the warranty will cover it. Other than that, I had a very good experience and I would use them again in the future.
