Left a deposit a week before for Bmw x1 came down to collect car was on point no nasty surprises as described. Really happy with the service recieved. Thanks for your help and easy transparency.

I purchased a vehicle from Euro Car Specialist Ltd on March 31st. Before buying, I specifically asked about the condition of the engine and turbo, and was assured by the owner that they were in "like new" condition with no issues.
Unfortunately, the car suffered a major mechanical breakdown less than two days later and became completely undriveable. I had the vehicle inspected by the AA, and their professional report confirmed catastrophic internal engine damage and turbocharger failure.
Despite the vehicle failing almost immediately after purchase, the dealership has been extremely difficult to deal with. They have refused to provide a straightforward refund and have tried to impose unreasonable conditions on the return of the faulty car. This has been an incredibly stressful experience. I would strongly advise any potential buyers to look elsewhere and always get an independent mechanical check before handing over any money to this garage.

We purchased a vehicle from this company where we were assured the tyres that had been flagged on the MOT as advisories had been changed. This was not the case and shortly after the tyre blew on the motorway. When I phoned the company to discuss this the staff were extremely sexist, misogynistic and belittling. Upon being challenged the company blocked my number to avoid taking accountability for their actions. They have now been reported to trading standards. Avoid at all costs.

And just to make very clear we never did the advisory hence they are called 'ADVISORIES' and still appear on the mot certificate.

Bought a ford focus from here with warranty only for them not to be answering my calls and placing number on a block list luckily I have use off enforcement agents to recall the payment as the gearbox and drivershaft is totally a hazard avoid avoid avoid
