If you expect a pushy sales pitch that you know you will regret - don't go to this place . I had an excellent experience, was listened to , every buying point I made was met , nothing was too much trouble . Really great service & a fantastic new car !! Give them a go , people are quick to complain but never praise good service.

bought a car from Altrincham branch, within 1 week of buying it the breaks were squeaking, was told I had to wear them in and once driven over 100 miles it would be fine, but I had already driven 300 miles down south and back, so that was the first lie they told me. The car then went in for a service, they told me it was fixed, then started squeaking again, so I took it back, they then took 3 weeks to order new break pads for it, told me they had been replaced, its still squeaking, absolute liars, then the mud guard fell off whilst driving, this isn't a massive deal, but was still an inconvenience. I then was driving with my young children in the car a month ago, and the clutch stopped working, it just stayed down, which was both scary and dangerous, I called the garage and they told me that my warranty was now expired, and I should expect this from a car built in 2016!!! but i had only owned for 7 months! then I was told that they would book me in to get it serviced, but after trying 3 or 4 times to contact them, I gave up and paid a local garage to do it instead. they sold me a shoddy car, and then wiped their hands clean of me once my warranty was expired. they're a disgusting company. stay clear of them.

This is the first time we have bought a car from Evans Halshaw. Ed, the salesperson who sorted out our new car, was honest and up front with no pushy sales pitch. Excellent service from start to finish.

I’ve recently purchased my car from Evans Halashaw Altrincham. Ian from the used cars department were excellent. Very friendly and polite. He got me and my partner a drink and sat us down. We discussed what vehicle we was looking for and what our needs was. He found the perfect car at another branch in Cardiff. He arranged for it to be transferred to Altrincham. We arranged to collect the car a week later. Ian had everything ready for us when we turned up. Ian made it so easy and quick to do the paper work. I'm so pleased with my new car and I was impressed with sales executive Rosh Singh with his knowledge and expertise he was so helpful from ordering talking me through the process to delivery, he kept me up to date on when the car had a build date and when it had a date for deliver, my car was immaculate when I picked it up I would recommend Evans halshaw Altrincham to my friends and family and especially Rosh Singh fantastic new car experience.
