Friendly staff on arrival and no pressure sales what so ever. Our test drive was not rushed which gave me a chance to really experience the drive of the car. My wife and I both agreed that we had a good deal and came away feeling we were treated fairly. Plenty of coffee offered and the whole process of buying our car was enjoyable. What was wrong with the first one why did you return it.
I wouldnt waste your time coming here, tried buying a second hand car here, the car wasnt clean inside or out, needed cosmetic work but was sat on the forecourt, broken headlamp, mildew on rubber parts, £12k car, pcp quote £300 a month for 48months, £1000 deposit, £3500, final payment, so £19k for a car with a sticker price of under £12k... Buy elsewhere, dont let the salesmen fast talk you.

The new car sales manager at Evans Halshaw Ford in Altrincham is really argumentative with a bad attitude really bad customer service and disrespectful to women telling you one thing on the phone to get you there then changing it all when you get there.
Agreed to buy a used car from this branch of Evans Halshaw in Altrincham and 3 weeks in they still can't show the damage on the vehicle or discuss it any further, all we know is we put a deposit on a evans halshaw car and after that they decided it was going to be a runabout. If the trade in car arrived damaged now they would not say it happens, they would review the trade In value. Waste of time run by poor leadership and the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
