Philip Cook in service is a very rude aggressive person, advised me faults on my car was not covered under warranty, i went to another ford dealer who sorted my issues no problem, i suggest he goes for more training or finds another career ,, Awful experience!!!!

We bought a used Vauxhall Zafira from Jack Dempsey at Evans Halshaw Burnley and were very pleased with the outcome. He was knowledgeable and patiently explained everything ( ts and cs/ vehicle paperwork etc) and the car was spotlessly clean when we came to pick it up. We are not knowledgeable ourselves regarding cars and felt that the process was well explained by Jack and were very pleased with the professionalism of the service we received.

Jenson was the lad who sorted me out with a car. Good customer service by him good deal recommended jenson
1 star is too much, don't buy a car here. Sold me a car and messed me around on the finance, re did the paperwork twice and had the incorrect milage on by 5k miles, a few days after taking the car some faults became apparent, steering wheel would shake when braking, cracked tyres and no rear windows were working, I reported this and booked it I'm to be told there's no fault....took this to an independent dealer who told me straight away the discs were warped, tyres were perished and the rear electrical fault could cost up to £2000 to rectify, I raised this with the finance company who took 6 months to investigate and received a final response in which the dealer has blatantly lied. I'm currently in the process of appointing a solicitor and going to the ombudsmen as I have everything logged and an independent report to state the car was not in the way described. They also sneak in a £99 admim fee and don't tell you because apparently we all should know about this. If I can give you any advice stay away from here

Avoid at all costs they discriminate against anyone with a disability and say they are a private company and will do what they like....in 2020 with the equality and disability act you would hope for more than this Unacceptable service shame on you Stephen howarth

Jenson was very helpful. They don't negotiate on the price but I did manage to get the £89.99 admin fee wavered as I wasn't paying that on top of £6750 for the car. They arranged to deliver the car to my address in South Wales and pick my part ex up - delivery driver wasn't very helpful but did message to arrange the best time to deliver. The car was as expected as I'd only seen photos online and hadn't done a full check myself. The petrol fuel flap didn't have a locking system which I'm confused about and one if the brake lights were not working so had to change that too. Considering the car passed the mot a few weeks ago you'd think this would all be sorted. Considering the lockdown it was a speedy and professional service but disappointing that there were faults with the car that I was not pre-warned about and that's only on first view so god knows what the next few months will bring.
