Bought a car from them and paid £900 for extended warranty. After a year hand brake switch has been faulty. They said it is covered by extended warranty but needs to be diagnosed for £120. After diagnosis i have been told it’s not covered. TOTAL RIP OFF. AVIOD FROM THIS SCAMMERS!!!

Went in to see if then could do a deal on my corsa to a mokka. Marc sat down with me and sorted everything out with no issues. He made it easy going hassle free. 5 star operator so I won’t be going anywhere else

I bought a car from Evans Halshaw Vauxhall Cramlington in 2014 and the staff were excellent good trade in deal and that allowed me to purchase a very good vehicle and being the awkward person iam they remained patient and I received some minor extras two weeks later I took my daughter in who also got an excellent deal and was treat really well she had seen a car at a different Evans and they even brought it to Cramlington for her to look at can't fault the service. I'm now looking to purchase another car and no hesitation I will be going back to them upside is Jeff my salesman is still there excellent have to say with Evanshalshaw I feel the customer is in a win win situation. By the way the car I fancy is a mercedes slk but that's at Durham so watch this space but thank you
