I recently bought a car from them and the process was smooth. When the car was delivered to us, there were a few issues with it. We raised these but we have just been ignored. Their aftercare experience was non-existent. I spoke to the manager Graham. He simply did not want to know or hear any of the issues that I was raising. He was really unhelpful and abdicated responsibility all together. The Sales Advisor James Mcintosh was amazing to begin with but soon as we paid the money for the car, he didnt want to have anything to do with us.

I was very happy with my new car and salesman Gary brown was extremely helpful and put me at ease.i would highly recommend evans halshhaw ford glasgow to anyone that requires a new car.
Very pleased with the service we recieved from gary brown when we bought our new car very knowledgable and helpfull would fully recommend them to family and friends.
The worst car buying experience ever.These people do not give a damn after you purchase a car.They had the audacity to sell me a car with two different front tyres and thats not all,the car had too many faults to list i needed to get rid of it an went to a more reputable dealership.Management are arrogant and totally unhelpful.I can only warn you,if you have issues after purchasing a car from them then you are asking for trouble.YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
Just normal, nothing special. Now i say this because when i took in my part ex they told me some lies when they really didnt need to. Now i know they will always make money on a part ex but the man told me it would be up for a certain amount and was above this when i had a look online. Why not just tell the truth!!!!!!
