After 6 weeks of buying a car from Arnold Clark Vauxhall, East Kilbride, the hole brake system failed which could easily have been a disaster. Didn’t have any confidence in the car after that and wanted to reject the car on the basis it wasn’t sold “fit for purpose” Arnold Clark as a company didn’t want to know, as for the manager in East Kilbride, be aware. From start to finish Erin Reid is the most professional, knowledgeable and fun person to deal with. She remembered everything from previous purchase and all enquiries I had made. When I phoned last week about a car her and her manager found me a better car with a better deal and lower mileage. I seriously cannot rate them high enough and it is a pleasure to deal with these down to earth people who have a job to do. Give them a call and ask for Erin. She is amazing at her job and I will definitely deal again with this branch.

I've always bought from independent dealerships in the past so it was a new experience for me going to a francised dealership. I have to say I found them to be much more organised and generally on the ball, the car was beautifully clean and polished when I picked it up and the coffee was excellent!

Very helpful, took it back in on Tuesday a there was a drop of water from rain and they dealt with it on the spot, loaned my a courtesy car, excellent service. Next time it rains i will see if its resolved, if not i will take it back and and certain they will do everything they can for me
