Dammi dealt with my purchase from just an enquiriy, going above and beyond to find me something i liked, that was in my budget and that was modern. Dami was friendly, honest about time frames and listening to what I, the customer wanted and didn’t push for other services (as some company’s do). Dami always explained everything clearly and even when I was probably one of those annoying customers that keep emailing and ringing, he was always polite and helpful. The customer service from Dammi has been amazing and he is a great credit to the team, offering a very a positive service and experience to the customer. I would and have been highly recommending the branch and most importantly Dami, to my friends and family!

Part exchanged my car for a smaller car. Because of the current covid guidelines everything was done over the phone. The first person dealing with me (edward) was helpful but when called back on Tuesday for an arranged zoom call he wasn't in (stuck in traffic) all day I got this. But then Sam took over and dealt with me and he was amazing and went though everything. He called when he said he would and answered all my questions. I rang him constantly asking questions and it didn't bother him and was happy to answer them. I collected car day b4 valentines day and he approached me with a smile and such professionalism and the hand over was done quick as and stress free.. Sam Eames needs to be reconsied more and maybe moved up the ladder. Keep up the good work..

Unhelpful, unfriendly staff. The minute Id purchased my used car from them they didn't want to know, I had to take the car in for a diagnostic check within the 3 month warranty and the receptionist was rude and offhand, handed me a key for the courtesy car without telling me which car it was I had to ask! The mechanic however was v helpful and pleasant. Id never buy a car from this dealership again. I even filled in an online feedback form they sent me commenting on the above and surprise surprise never even had a reply or apology. Dire!

I purchased an 18 month old vehicle from this garage at the beginning of March 2020. I was told by the salesman, Ansar Ali, that I could not trade in my 2004 VW Golf as it was classed as a cat. N write off. Turns out this was wrong. He offered me £ 200 as a private cash deal between ourselves. When I picked up my "new" car & turned my golf over to him, he quickly took the paperwork off me & hid it in a drawer so that his boss wouldn't see saying he would take care of the paperwork. Silly me! He did not take care of the paperwork & the golf was for sale in the garage & valeters on the magic roundabout for £1595! Even worse, I received a penalty notice for £110 for an offence committed on 18/4/2020. Luckily it was a parking offence & not a hit & run!!! To be fair, Ansar Ali did forward £110 to me, but I am still in dispute as to the ownership of the vehicle. DVLA keep writing to me about the car tax. I have contacted the police & got a reference number. The golf is still parked at the garage at the magic roundabout, & I assume someone who works there is using or purchased it. Do not deal with Evans Halshaw as they do not care what their sales staff do: if anything, they seem to condone it!

Shocking customer service from Evans Halshaw Vauxhall in Hemel Hempstead. Paid £200 to reserve the vehicle, was assured that I would be contacted when the vehicle was ready to view (as previously agreed), but instead received an email to say the vehicle had been sold with no correspondence in between. Don't bother - look elsewhere at a reliable dealership.
