Bought a Citroen c1 as a cash buy this week. The car took almost two weeks to be delivered. I had to constantly chase the garage for updates . Was promised 3 days insurance - Didn’t happened. Was lied to that the car had been valeted . When I was outside,the salesman told me there was a ‘big puddle ‘ at the workshop . The inside had mud on the seats and grime all over the steering wheel and gearstick . There was a tyre pressure warning light on . This car was never checked ,never mind given a ‘109 point check ‘ . The service was terrible . I’d never buy a car from here again

It's a pity I have to give Evans Halshaw Vauxhall in Kilmarknock even one star. This is a main dealer who's sales people will lie to you. Good luck getting them to return a phone call, 15 messages left and a demand to speak to a manager before a response. They will tell you your car is ready but its not and won't be for another day. Check your car carefully for damage I found mine was damaged the next morning but refused to have anything more to do with this disgrace of garage and will sort it myself. If you really want to use them do so with caution, I for one wont set foot in the door again.

Bought a car few weeks back from Evans Halshaw Vauxhall in Kilmarnock, on reaching home it showed up a problem. Been chasing EH to sort it ever since. They don’t return calls or emails. They ignore you. As soon as they take you’re cash they treat you like crap. Appalling. Beware !

Poor is a compliment /customer service / management / satisfaction/value/ would never recommend Evans Halshaw Vauxhall in Kilmarnock to anyone, needs a total restructure .
