Aftersales was atrocious. The van had so many needless issues, things that should have been rectified before I recieved it. Then trying to get them to fix the issues was painstaking. I wouldn't even recommend them to an enemy.

Ok on the sales side until a fault develops.THEN they show their true colours - not interested, wont return calls, treat customers with contempt. By far worst garage ive ever dealt with. Customer care skills appalling. Service Manager cant be trusted. Worse experience than dealing with talktalk.. AVOID AVOID AVOID

I recently got my second car from Evan's halshaw kirkcaldy they were great have zero complaints I needed a bigger car as my family is growing I still had a year left to pay on my old one but Jamie and Rhys were brilliant and fixed it all out for me. It was During lockdown so had to wait a while the showroom was closed but they then delivered it to my home and picked up my other car all paper work was done by email and phone. 5 out 5 from me

We recently purchased a car from Evans Halshaw Ford in Kirkcaldy. On collecting the car and taking it home we have came across 3 issues/ faults already that we weren’t told about it’s the garages fault. However the salesman that happily took our money and sold us the car. It less than helpful and basically couldn’t care less. The problems are still not resolved.

Terrible customer service. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND Evans Halshaw Ford in Kirkcaldy for anyone looking for an honest or respectful service. I am not sure how they can run a business where customers are not their priority or treated with a bit of dignity or respect. I was appalled by their behaviour, attitude and how low their standards are for politeness. The sales executive was so RUDE and the service was awful. Worst experience of my life. All I can say is that I have never experienced such horrific customer service in my life!!!!!! GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE! They are dishonest and graceless!!!!!!!

AVOID, salesmen cant be bothered, keep you hanging around and walk past you as if you were invisible, not even a smile or hello. Evans Halshaw Ford in Kirkcaldy is the worst car dealer I have ever dealt with!!!!!
