The communication and service offered by this Evans Halshaw branch in Kirkcaldy is below poor and would get a negative star review if possible . So much for the offers by Ford UK .

What a joke, never going back to Evans Halshaw Ford Kirkcaldy again! Wish I never bought the first car from them!

We were dealing with a trainee salesman at Evans Halshaw Ford Kirkcaldy who was very nice but extremely nervous. He asked for another colleague to provide a valuation for my car but it was never forthcoming. Another salesman was to sit in on his presentation but he disappeared after a minute, never to return. The phone rang and despite the others being available our man had to answer - no-one would take the call and he had to take a message. After one and a half hours we left with no final figures. Later that evening I received a phone call from Dale, the sales manager with the trade in amount - I told him how awful our experience in the showroom had been, with a totally unsupportive staff making the whole experience very uncomfortable and totally unprofessional.

Picked up car at end of September from Evans Halshaw Ford in Kirkcaldy, only to be contacted towards end of October and told we had a car with the wrong chassis number and could we please bring car back to have it replaced for the correct. Promised a call regarding compensation, which has not happened.

Not the friendliest of people. Evans Halshaw Ford in Kirkcaldy would tell you anything to make a sale. Even took deposit off me despite quote wasn't even put through. Still waiting for my deposit to be refunded. S T A Y A W A Y!

Customer service is zero. I would recommend people to not use this company or any Evans Halshaw dealership after the way I have been treated. Absolutely disgusting.
