When we looked at the car we loved it. The dealer was very helpful and informative. We thought the tyres were very close to the illegal limit which we mentioned and the dealer put 4 new tyres on the car. Fantastic. Will definately buy from this garage again. They were also very helpful when i phoned a few months after buying the car to ask a few questions. A☆
When I went to view the car initially there was a fault with the rear drivers side speaker cover and they assured me that this would be replaced and point of collection. The car was also very dirty as it had been sitting for a while and the sales rep advised that a full valet would happen prior to picking up the vehicle. On the day of collection the speaker cover had not been replaced with no sight of when it would be, the car had been washed but not valeted and the battery was flat. I had to go home and they was going to charge the car and drop it off with a full tank of fuel as a way of saying sorry. They were an hour late dropping it off and claimed the fuel card would only allow £50 so received half a tank of fuel and a bottle of wine. I had to keep chasing the speaker cover - they were really reluctant to move this forward due to cost to them. Then I had problems with my battery again - when I dropped the car in for the day they had ordered the wrong part so had to book it in again. When I chased the cover again, it had arrived but they had forgotten - not a great experience really - it felt like once I had signed the documents they didn't care any more

Spot on. Very good dealer who let the car do the talking. Will happily buy a car from him again and would recommend.
