Sold me a car in feb that I wasn’t made aware was a cat d write off, essentially effing me over. Delivered the car by an individual delivery driver, which was not agreed. A journey of nearly 200 miles, leaving no fuel in the car upon delivery, no floor mats were present which were advertised, the car in an absolute state and wasn’t sanitised by the driver(shocking during peak covid times) They’ve agreed to terminate the finance agreement and take the car back, but want to charge me for the mileage use of the vehicle. Resulting in me being left without a single penny to get myself a new vehicle and completely out of pocket. Nothing but criminals and an absolute disgrace to the car industry.

Upon arriving at this dealership I was dealt with by Scott Dunn, whom I found very friendly and efficient to my needs. The car I had seen on the Internet was still available and Scott made the whole process of purchasing and part exchanging my old vehicle very easy. Sorting out a good deal that suited my needs. I would not hesitate in recommending Citroën Mansfield and Scott to anyone looking for a car.

Bought a Focus a few months ago and what a shambles. Delivery - car was actually driven to me which was never told to me as i wouldn't of bothered, car was in sport mode for more than half the trip and car turned up with 4 miles to empty with flicking lights, empty coffee in cupholder left and a packet of crisps on passenger floor, inside the car was an absolute mess with absolutely zero attempt at hoovering the car out, driver didn't even wear masks or wipe anything down. Car itself - was told the car has never been in an accident etc which upon checking the car hasn't in any reported ones but actually got reversed into something by the previous owner which caused the boot to be not equally centred and if you remove the plastic trim inside you can see where they've had the boot pulled out then painted over! car arrived with no mats and 2nd key doesn't even open car, was promised the car would be fully serviced to their standard yet car turned up with minimum oil and coolant as well as a tiny bit of just water in window wash, found a broke off piece of plastic just laying in engine as well, alloys looked spotless in pictures but of course they did but soon as car arrived all the throw on paint had came off so alloys look a mess! parcel shelf is broke too which i'm assuming is from being hit when the boot caved in.....gearbox started slipping gears and sometimes wouldn't even come out of park and all this happened 4 days into ownership when apparently it was fully serviced.....took me almost a month just to get it in the garage then 2 weeks for it to be fixed, they also claim to do safety/maintenance checks yet cars wipers blurred vision and brakes were low. Aftersales- took me almost two months to get my warranty pack as salesman didn't want to know or take calls, took three months to get my v5 as they forgot to even send it off which aint even legal, funny how salesman is your best mate until you pay then they vanish! never buying a car from these lot again! my cousin bought a BMW from these lot a year ago and it blew up on motorway when driving it home as they cut corners and straight up lie....lucky i liked my Focus or would of drove it to local evans halshaw and would of just left it there and get my money back from bank, search evans halshaw on youtube and just look at the deathtraps they sell without a single thought.

Would just like to give a massive thank you to Lisa Rodgers for her help and service whilst at citroen Mansfield, her attitude and assistance was so pleasant, she made us feel really welcome and at ease.
Absolutely disgusting customer service. Rude sales girl, Sophie . Hard sell , pressure selling of service packs and everything else under the sun. The worst experience i have ever had ! If you don’t buy the extra packs they are awful! Took over an hour to be given the price to chop my car in !!!! I have NEVER EVER had such awful customer service. I will never ever give them my custom again and immediately regretted giving them my custom

Disgraceful service, zero customer service skills, dodgy car that took 3 months to arrange a rejection, slow or no response, unhelpful & rude! No apology for hassle caused, car was dirty when I collected, unbelievable bearing in mind the current pandemic situation, wrong brake pads on front of car, grinding noise in reverse, missing locking Wheel nut! Avoid like the plague & spend your money elsewhere! Awful place to deal with & rubbish cars!
My mother purchased a Ford Focus and due to an intermittent fault with the car it caused her to have an accident, it wasn't a serious accident but caused a little damage to the car. My mother had only had the car for 6 weeks and only drove it half a dozen times. When the fault was reported to Evans Halshaw they basically told her that it's not there problem. When the car was sent to have the damage repaired it was also noticed that the car had been in 2 previous accidents and had work done to the front and rear.....when my mother purchase the car she was assured that the car had never been in any accidents..... Do not buy a car from these rip off merchants at Evans Halshaw of Mansfield. They don't care about customer satisfaction and have no problems ripping of an old woman.
My Citroen C3 was booked in for a free service in the service department at Evans Halshaw Citroen in Mansfield. After driving 16 miles I was told they could not service my car because they needed a letter which I had been given by the Dealer Principal in 2018 .We were told in 2018 it would be on the system and there would be no problem. I was appalled by the reception I had on arrival. I was just turned away. My husband had come in his car as he was to give me a lift home. Two days later I received a message on my phone from the Service Manager to say they would service my car as the letter had been found on the system and if I would like to make a further appointment. No apology was given.
